Ask Eves provides embedded business support for established construction, trade and specialist SMEs that need additional capability without the commitment of another full-time employee.
The work sits across operations, systems, business administration, supplier and agency liaison, tenders, coordination, processes and day-to-day delivery. Sometimes that means setting something up from scratch. Sometimes it means taking ownership of something that has become messy, time-consuming or difficult to keep on top of.
Based at The Old Builder’s Yard in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, Ask Eves supports businesses locally and remotely across the UK. Most ongoing clients retain an agreed number of hours each month to use flexibly across different areas of the business, rather than tying those hours to one specific service or project.
Ad hoc support is also available where something specific needs progressing, implementing or completing. The model is simple: practical support that fits around the business, adapts to what is needed and gets the work done.

About Evie
I like being inside a business, not standing outside it giving advice.
